About Alisha Temples

Alisha Temples, MS, CNS, LDN is the owner and head nutritionist of Fueled & Fed Nutrition. She earned a Masters in Science in Nutrition and Integrative Studies from Maryland University of Integrative Health. Alisha is a Certified Nutrition Specialist with additional training in Intuitive Eating, Functional Medicine, and Sports Nutrition.

​Alisha is an avid yogi, reluctant runner turned marathoner, and enthusiastic Penguins fan. She has worked with a wide variety of athletes and clients, from Crossfit athletes, rowers, ultramarathon runners, and triathletes, to hockey moms, soccer dads, and first-time 5K finishers. A former swimmer, crew coxswain, and figure competitor, Alisha is a lifelong athlete known for her common sense approach to sports nutrition and medical nutrition therapy.
