21-Days to a Mindful You is designed to help you develop a deeper relationship with food by combining the principles of mindful eating with meal prep. From Sept 29 to Oct 19 you’ll engage in daily practices aimed at fostering mindfulness, enhancing your awareness of hunger and fullness cues, and cultivating a more positive, balanced approach to eating. This program will help you:
- Increase Awareness: Learn to recognize physical hunger and fullness signals
- Develop Mindful Eating Habits: Practice eating with intention & attention
- Cultivate a Positive Relationship with Food: Incorporate mindful eating into your meal planning practice
What you’ll learn:
Week 1: Foundation of Mindful Eating
- Learn the basics of mindfulness & how it applies to eating
- Track your hunger & fullness levels before & after meals
Week 2: Deepening Mindfulness
- Identify triggers for emotional eating & explore alternative coping strategies
- Practice mindful breathing or other relaxation techniques when you feel the urge to eat due to emotions rather than hunger
Week 3: Integrating Mindful Meal Planning
- Plan & prepare meals with mindfulness, considering nutritional balance and personal enjoyment
- Experiment with new recipes and different styles of meal prep
- Set personal goals for maintaining mindful eating practices beyond the program
