Want a tracker for #noweighJanuary? I’ve got you covered! This tracker has 2 options. The first page is filled out with suggested things to track in place of weight: energy, mood, digestion, performance and recovery. The second page has blank spaces for you to fill out what you would like to track. You could track glasses of water you drink, times you get outside for a walk, number of dogs you pet, number of songs you dance to, days you put on sunscreen, number of new veggies you try… the sky is the limit!
How you track is up to you. I prefer to use arrows increases and decreases and dashes for no change for things like energy that change daily. For goals like walking daily, I like to use an X to show that I met my goal for the day. Then I see how many X’s I can get in a row. You could use stickers, simple checkmarks or different colors or shapes to monitor your progress
