During this 75-minute session, we will discuss your health and wellness goals. We will do a thorough review of your health status, dietary intake, medical history, and family history. You will leave this session with an initial action plan of 1-2 steps to take towards your goals. From the information gathered, your nutritionist will draft an individualized plan. At a 20-minute follow-on session, we will discuss your detailed nutrition and lifestyle plan. The follow-on session is included initial consultation rate.
A 30-minute counseling session where we review your progress towards previously defined goals and determine a continued path for success. We will discuss any changes in performance, sleep, mood, energy, and stress level.
