This individualized plan is then broken down into manageable tasks and mini-goals. Tasks & mini-goals are customized to your preferences and lifestyle. Progress is assessed every other week through 45-minute check-in appointments. Sports nutrition counseling includes a 75-minute initial consultation, 45-minute follow-up sessions (in-person or via videochat) & unlimited messaging through a secure HIPAA-compliant portal.
